My trainer was away on a 2 week holiday, and I have to admit to taking a little holiday in that time too. I was doing some crazy overtime at work that coincided with being sick, and that kept me out of the gym. Then I started up again but lost the weekend to the Olympics, and didn't get back in early in the week like I'd hoped. But yesterday was a new day and I was back!
And Claire was back with a vengeance - just kidding. But she had worked out a new interval training routine for me that brings on board a few things from boxing. There's a lot of skipping, and some bobbing and weaving. Push ups too... I can feel my triceps a LOT today. But feeling new soreness is nice - so I'll embrace it.
